1. A New Life - Outlines the course and teaches disciples how to use all the features of the Bible. It introduces the implications of their spiritual birth and what the term born again means.

2. Kingdom of Darkness - Helps disciples realize the kingdom they have been rescued from. The two kingdoms are contrasted and the Bible teaches about the need to know our enemy and his devices.

3. Kingdom of Light - Introduces God's kingdom and God as its Ruler. The nature of God is introduced using the prodigal son as an illustration.

4. Why Jesus Came - Explores the impact of the fall on man's dominion given to him by God, and how Jesus came to restore man to what God designed him to be.

5. Holy Spirit - Outlines the Person and work of the Holy Spirit, His activities in the Old and New Testament and how He enables us to live totally transformed lives in our present world.

6. Existence of Angels - Outlines what the Bible says about the existence, ministry and activity of angels, and what our relationship to them should be.

7. Spirit, Soul and Body - Explains what God says about our spirit, soul and body and how sanctification is a journey starting when we are born again, and continuing as He completely renews us in soul and body.

8. ©Encounter One Weekend - Is the climax of Module One, where the disciples experience the healing power of the cross in a safe environment, dealing with baggage of former lifestyle and learning how to live free from it.
